Lil Kim To Pose For Playboy

What do you do when you are a washed up ex-convict with your music career down in the dumps? Pose for Playboy of course...well apparently Lil Kim is considering a centerfold in the magazine's December 2008 issue to try and save her fledging career.

According to reports Playboy creator Hugh Hefner has been courting the self confessed black barbie for years, "I am willing to shell out any amount for Kim, I’ve been trying to get her to do it for years! Hugh exclaims."

Ok, without a doubt this is one of those WTF? moments but in all honesty no one wants to see Kim posed in her clothes not to mention naked. There are just no words to describe the current state that Lil Kim is in due to what she has subjected herself to because of her obsession with the surgeon's knife but she needs to keep that sh*t to herself.

There is just no need for this at all, I dread to think how much over time her re-toucher will have to do because he/she will have to photoshop the hell out of those pics. I know I keep saying it but sometimes these jokes just write themselves. SMH!

Serena Sizzles In Men's Health

It seems like my prayers have finally been answered because Serena looks banging in the September issue of Men's Health Magazine. The lighting, the make-up, the hair and not to mention the body is on point. The tennis champ looks sexy as hell in this shoot and I will go as far as to say this is her best look yet. Get it girl! Serena is rumoured to be dating rapper Common, talks about what attracts her to men:

Soul Legend Isaac Hayes Dies At 65

Isaac Hayes — a legendary soul singer, songwriter, musician and producer whose career spanned four decades and who achieved unexpected fame later in life as the voice of "South Park" character Chef — died Sunday afternoon (August 10), a spokesperson for the Shelby County, Tennesee, sheriff's department told WMC-TV in Memphis.

Hayes' wife found him on the floor near a treadmill inside his home, according to the station's Web site. Hayes was taken to Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, where he was pronounced dead at 2:08 p.m.

Deputies with the Shelby County Sheriff's Department are continuing their investigation into Hayes' death, but they believe no foul play was involved, the report said. Hayes was 65. Mtv.Com

"Love For Sale" Premiere

Celebs hit up the Love For Sale premiere at the The 12th Annual American Black Film Festival in LA on Friday. The new Russ Parr film stars Mya, Clifton, Powell, Melyssa Ford (straight to video I see), Jackie Long and Jason Weaver.

Mya I guess Mya's music career is finished since her album, Liberation sank without a trace but I guess she can always fall back on her blossoming acting career. She was due to make her broadway debut in Chicago in May but had to postpone it because of a broken foot.

Bernie Mac Passes Away At 50

The "Original King Of Comedy" died on Saturday from complications associated with pneumonia in a Chicago-area hospital. He began his career in stand-up, bringing black stand-up comedy to a wider audience before starring roles in Hollywood blockbusters such as - Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, Transformers, Guess Who? and the Ocean's Eleven franchise with Brad Pitt and George Clooney.

Following Mac's passing, Clooney expressed his grief, "The world just got a little less funny. He will be dearly missed."
