Jamaicans Stand Up!

Not only have Jamaican's all over the world been celebrating Usain Bolt's record breaking 100m race but Jamaican Shelly Ann Fraser led the women's 100 team to a sweeping success with compatriats, Sherone Simpson and Kerron Stewart tied for second place, with both collecting silvers.

To say I'm proud to be Jamaican is an understatement but this is a well deserved victory and to do it with such style and grace is a true reflection of all the hard work and determination of the Jamaican athletic team.

They did the damn thing and it is about time!

Joe: Why Just Be Friend's {Video}

Joe is back with his single Why Just Be Friend's taken from his new album New Man, due for release September 22nd. You all know I love me some Joe but I am not feeling this single at all, he needs to come back better than this. Dare I say it, this song is weak and I never thought I would say that about any Joe song. Let's just hope the album is much better than this.
