Alicia Keys @ Samsung's Annual Four Seasons of Hope Gala

Alicia Keys performed at the Samsung Annual Four Seasons of Hope Gala to Benefit the Keep a Child Alive Foundation in NYC last night.

The Fallin singer is prepping the release of third studio album, slated for release October 2007.

2007 Fresh Air Fund

Mariah Carey and Alicia Keys attended the 2007 Fresh Air Fund’s Salute to American Heroes that was held at Tavern on the Green in New York City earlier today. Carey served as a Honorary Chair, while Alicia was one of three honorees at the event.


Mariah CareyI haven't seen Mimi in awhile and she is glowing in this pic. She still dresses like a teenager but you have to admit this is a step up from most of her recent efforts.

In other Mariah news, she is set to make a special guest appearance in the upcoming video for the latest Bone Thugs -N- Harmony track Lil L.O.V.E on which she is featured. The video will be directed by Chris Robinson who last directed Mariah in the video for the smash hit I Know What You Want with Busta Rhymes.

Vanity Fair has released it's African-themed July issue which is guest edited by music superstar Bono who is known for his continued efforts to raise awareness of world poverty.

Bono and Vanity Fair editor in chief Graydon Carter decided to make the African-themed issue the biggest ever with multiple number of covers - a whopping 20, all shot by Annie Leibovitz

The cover stars include Oprah Winfrey, Iman, Alicia Keys, Muhammad Ali, George Clooney, Djimon Hounsou, George W. Bush, Chris Rock, Maya Angelou, Condoleeza Rice, Queen Rania of Jordan, Bill and Melinda Gates, Barack Obama, Madonna, Warren Buffet, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Don Cheadle, Jay-Z, Brad Pitt and Bono who were chosen for their iconic status and most importantly their dedication to philanthropy.

The celeb fashonistas were out in full force, working the red carpet at the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in honour of the Paul Poiret exhibit in New York last night (07May).


The red carpet queen, Jennifer Lopez made an appearance, channeling old Hollywood glamour in this divine Marchesa creation.

I just wish Jennifer would leave Marc at home, he spoils all the great pictures.

Naomi CampbellI really don't know WTF Naomi was thinking here, she is usually on point in the fashion stakes but this get-up is a big no no. For some reason this reminds me of that damn swan dress Bjork wore to the Oscars and if I compare it to that mess you know it's really bad. The shoes , the dress, oh shit its all just wrong but at least she has taken off that damn mop wig off her head so I suppose I have to thank God for small mercies!
