Eve has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in downtown Hollywood. Her blood alcohol level is believed to have been "double the legal limit." According to TMZ Eve crashed her Maserati into the center divider on Hollywood Boulevard early Thursday morning.
Eve has since posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail.
